thanks for the code
i took the sim out put the phone on and put code into phone but nothing happened.
there are three options showing they are options save and clear
could you tell me what i do next please as the save one saves it as a phone number .. the clear one just gets rid of it and the options one gives me a choice of things to do

Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.
