I don't know is the honest answer but if you don't get the answer you need in time, what I would do is make an order up for say, ten pounds and then add to it nearer the time and finalise it the day beforeIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

i'm sure someone asked that question before and the answer was it comes out on the day of delievery"I have learnt that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one""You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.”Maya Angelou0

Still lots of snow on the ground here but it is thawing a bit-just hope it doesn't freeze tonight.
I persuaded DH not to go walking. We weren't sure what the weather would be like this morning-the met offce site said rain in Manchester this afternoon but the BBC travel site said sleet.I was worried that if we got out it might just snow and we would have difficulty getting home. We had a crash in the snow a few years ago and I've been terrified of driving in it since then.
DH cleared the drive so we could get the car out and we went to Tesco to get the wine etc for Christmas. It was packed but we got everything including heavy things like toilet rolls so I should be able to manage the rest of the shopping on foot now.
There are loads of cars left by the sides of the roads so the snow ploughs haven't been able to clear the roads properly. They don't plough or grit our cul-de-sac so we all clubbed together and brought a grit bin a few years ago. Fortunately it was refilled two weeks ago. It cost £8 per household but was worth it.0 -

Anyway moving on.
Had a good night out with my tap girls last night. When we left it was a blizzard  which wasn't forecast but what piddly bit of white stuff we've had is melting so I hope temps are raising where you guys are with significant amounts.
It is thawing atm, and we are praying for rain!! for after today the temps. are due to dive again, and if the snow has gone we can go away in the 'van next weekend.
Been out to Aldi, and did a shop, they went to Morrisons to try to get their £6 special, even the 15 item only self-service tills were queued to the end of the shop, no baskets left, so turned round and walked out, I like their stuff, but not prepared to queue for it.
Called at Netto on the way back, and got some more oats for porridge, the one thing Aldi don't do, time for an email me thinks, also fetched some bits for our elderlly neighbour, she has had a stroke so is very unsteady on her feet, but is going stir crazy having to be in, she is collected and taken to a centre daily, and hubby is also unsteady on his feet, and older, so they just needed some bits.
Woke up before 7am today, and my eyes are feeling a bit tired now, may have a nap;)

Afternoon all,
Hugs to all who are not feeling well....look after yourself JackieO, not a good time to have a cold.
Thawing here too but roads still not great....DS3 did an overnight to Cork last night at 40km an hour as no gritters to be seen ( he drives a HGV) but don't care as he is home safe and is not going out until to-morrow now. Very foggy, hope that doesn't freeze.
Had a lovely long shower this morning and it felt wonderful, still very cold in this old house.
OH made it out for paper and eggs this morning, haven't been out since Tuesday but pleased that I don't have to go out. He brought home some lovely lamb chops and we had them for brunch with eggs, tomatoes, onions and waffles...no dinner until 6/7 today, would be too much.
Gingham Ribbon, lovely to see you posting
Hugs to everybody, keep warm and safe

Hi Guys!
Where has today gone?
Nurse didn't get here till 9am and was still in bed as I couldn't move much. Feel much better now:D
OH popped to the post office once nurse had gone and DD was up as we had a few parcels to go which needed to go recorded and next day. He bought back a paper:j:j:j and 2 reduced turkey breasts in foil trays reduced to 75p each....never had them before, but have been put in the freezer as I don't like turkey much. He also got some butter that we needed and they didn't have yesterday.
We spent a couple of hrs wrapping presents and me delegating this afternoon and nearly all are done now. We are away for a few days beforehand, so need to get sorted now. Had a heart attack as I couldn't find the Alien perfume I had bought DD with my Boots points (£48):eek::eek::eek::eek:......panic over as it was found in a SAFE place:rotfl: We have been getting stuff throughout the year from various places and off Internet and haven't spent much for what we have...I was pleasantly surprised;)
DD and I are going to watch Xfactor tonight and might order a Pizza as I have a voucher for £7 any size plus garlic bread for Dominoes. I like the sound of the fully loaded one which is usually £16.50....how can that be possible for a pizza!!
OH is going out to help set up someone's computer, so probably won't see him for a couple of hrs.
Hope everyone is well.

Hi Chums ,feeling a bit brighter tonight .Eldest DD came down to pick up her birthday pressie and was horrified that I hadn't told her about my arm.Because I have lymphodema any infection i.e. cold ect goes straight to my arm and this morning it looked very red and swollen and as though I had left it under a grill for 10 minutes.Luckily I have a weeks supply of anti-bios 'just in case' that my Drs prescibes to me for such situations so I started taking them this morning and hopefully it will clear up the infection. But she does fuss so much bless her and there's nothing I can do but that the pills.
I have had a very lazy day and done virtually nothing.I didn't actually get up till almost 11. as I had gone back to bed for awhile .Sleep is a good cure when your not feeling too bright. Then this afternoon my other DD turned up with the boys ,they had just been to buy their christmas tree. She kindly popped across the road for me and got a couple of bits to save me going out in the cold.No veg available or bread but she managed to get me some bananas and some tea bags that I was running short of.They have just gone home and I am going to rest up tonight in the warm and carry on doing nowt.A bit of mindless t.v. and lots of hot drinks should sort me out by the morning.
Hope everyone is keeping wrapped up warmly. The snow is dissapearing fast here as its raining at the moment .Won't bve sorry to see it go I haven't been out since last Monday night.
Take care all
