Please, please can someone give me Capitas address? I'm applying for a job and the application needs to be in today...looks bad if I can't put down the address of my current employer.

you're not employed by Capita, you're employed by ONS, whose address is on your offer letter.

I suspect it would be the address where you sent your P45/P46 to in Carlisle, give the employees helpdesk a call 0800 ******9

Correct. It will look even worse if you put the wrong Company down as your employer :rotfl:

At my classroom training I was told we were working for Capita and my co-ordinator has said we work for Capita, not ONS.

Yes I think your relationship with an ONS is like that of an Indian call centre worker working for some Indian company who has contracted to take the calls for a well known UK brand name. So basically ONS is only interested if the job gets done at the price Capita quoted and they are not responsible for you as an employee.

Even though the staff who work for BBC Information in Belfast work in a BBC owned or rented building their contracts of employment are all still with Capita and not with the BBC.

What does your contract of employment say as that should provide the answer to this question.

My conditional offer e-mail just states it's from the Census Recruitment team.
