if you still feel pain when on max strength painkillers from the gp it is time to up painkillers or go and see a&e? i am not happy today
NHS direct will sort you out with an out of hours GP appointment or the address of a walk in centre (the ultimate benefit of living in a properly populated area). Have you taken both paracetamol and ibuprofen? Even when I have tonsillitis, the two together seem to make some difference.
A&E might not be the right place. Where does it hurt?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

OMG, LOL! :rotfl:
My brain has gone. I'm so sorry :rotfl:
Did you find that fancy hair colour? I think you deserve it if you don't feel great.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

rofl. That's ok, nothing to be sorry for.
Tell you what, if I replace my epilator I'm prepared to epilate LJ if he's brave enough. Then we can ask what the bowls group?team? club? make of it.0 -
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. My pet hate. Some muffled voice on the telephone, line breaking up. "I'm on my mobile phone. In the subway. I might lose signal if we enter a tunnel. Can I speak to [DD] please." This takes two or three minutes to get across, as I can't hear her and she can't hear me.
Look, [expletives deleted] wait until you [expletives deleted] get home and can [expletives deleted] talk to us properly! It's insulting to use us to fill in spare moments when you are bored aboard the train. Are we that unimportant to you? We're having to give you our full attention, so it's just plain rude for you the caller not to do likewise. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Sweets, listen!...the least we can do is be here, NOTHING selfish in your posts at all. but we're not going to get you better. Have you called GP/NHS direct? Is your guest still there? Have they got transport to get you somewhere if that's what they say to do?0 -
You know, I really do fancy winning the lottery tonight. You could really do something good with that money and have some fun too. I don't play though, so I suppose that rules me out.0

I just realised the time and tried to register with the national lottery site, but it's saying "There was a problem validating your card details. Please try again later."
So I am not going to be a winner0 -
Just tried it for £100 twice, then £5. No joy.0

An advantage to being very fair-haired - it doesn't show (-:
I don't ever shave anything, but I do yank it out by the roots with my epilator....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0
