Just tried to do some of that internet banking malarky, to pay somebody some money I owe them.... says I need my card reader. MY card reader ...? Never had one. Need to try it by phone I guess now.0

That'll be Nationwide. Just ring them and ask for one.
I have two, presumably because I have two accounts, and they didn't realise that I'm the same person as me.
