We've fallen for a massive pile that we can't really afford. Maybe we'll rent again and build a house, dunno. But I'm not moving again for a long while when we find it. It's all interesting, I guess.

DH loves flamingos. He just adores them. He wants to get a flock of plastic ones for around our pond. Hmm. I think I could tolerate a couple, but a flock of them? People might think we mean it!0 -
I just had the most amazing email offering me two brilliant horses ....I'm tempted, really tempted. Now I have a car again there is nothing to stop me from going and seeing them......
Getting them is plainly ridiculous seeing as I'm defunct etc.....but still....better than a flock of plastic flamingos.0 -

Temperatures have plummeted and I can SEE the rain on the hill......It might it might, overspill and hit us.
To encourage chances of that happening I have run and turned the hose on.0 -

It rained here today ... well, "here". I was on a beach 1/2 a mile from the car/any cover, wearing a bright new T shirt that's never been washed .... so I had to let it pelt down on me and hope the colours didn't run and that I didn't turn a bright shade of T shirt
Years ago I went out in a red/white stripey skirt and it absolutely pee'd down - and all the dye ran. Not good.0 -

wildlife is not in my best books tonight.:mad::mad:
Rudy flamingoes would want their shrip off a silver platter if the wretched bats we've id'd tonight are any indication.
Now we've found them we've been told what they have isn't good enough and part of my kitchen budget has to go towards providing them with a second home sacrificing our bedroom five to them (they prefer a southern aspect), and then PROVIDING THEM WITH A HEATER AND A DEHIDIFIER. I DON@T even HAVE A HEATER!
