Mr G's coughed up just shy of £12k for me overall this year by the looks of it. That's my main thing, all the other stuff I do in my eyes "pays the tax bill".

Out of hubs and my own site together, I get about £200 a month, so nothing huge.

Some specialised sports site, isn't it?

    Impressive views!

It looks like you stayed up all night to read/respond to this thread from where you'd left off last NDG :)

    It's raining here, and cool.

    I've been Money Tipped!
£200 is a pretty good second income.

Any pictures of a cake of your mother's NDG?

There was a brilliant cake company in Glastonbury/street whose cakes were also sold in Harvey Nics o Harrods.....amzing glittery creations, some painted some amazing sort of castles (some the gypsy weddings would adore too!). we were going to have our cake from there but...then didn't need a cake. :)

More and more I like the 10 year anniversary party plan...If I can get the garden/downstairs of house in to more reputable state by then.

We've been in Kent this week. My sisters are having breakfast in a desolutary fashion, my Dad and Isaac are preparing to go and plant 20 hornbeam saplings, OH is still asleep. It's warm, sunny, blue skies - quite windy, though.

LIR - on an hourly rate, it's probably not worth it. Fun, though!

We didn't have cake too. I baked a dozen cupcakes and iced them.

Shall I pencil in a date for the party?

Beautiful day here, although I have to say, a day of heavy rain would be much welcome now.

You should spend the day doing girly things with MsK

Whether the money is good depends on whether you could be doing anything better with the time - I match bet for between 50 nd 100 pm for probably 5-10 hours 'work' but it is tax free and they are late evening hours when I couldn't be doing anything else.

Sue have you monetized your site properly? I don't mean in the rip off enthusiasts sort of way but just in hosting a few adds on each page unobtrusive way - I know very little about it but there are nice people who do.

Going to an afternoon Birthday party, followed by a street party. Gonna be an active day.

The local paper and major's going to be in attendance, never one to shy away from a photoshoot.

I know the weddings over. Today is/was more convenient for the organisers. :)

I don't "do" girly. I shop online and hate trying out clothes in the shops. I go for a massage and facial once in a while so my face isn't a train wreck. Manicures don't last when you work with organic solvent and pedicures aren't great for when you have to cover your feet at work.

    :D

I am hoiking out some more trees today though in a v pathetic girly manner.
