3 books for two days seems fine to me....flight out, flight back, trains there and the bits where he's sleeping.

Hmm - what happened to all the holding hands, staring in to each others eyes and renewing membership of the mile high club?!

As I watered, great sections of soil collapsed and gallons just disappeared. It was like a miniature rift valley.

For those who are interested, I did end up going to the beach. Barmouth. Interesting little place.

Hope you had a good time! :)
I took wife and westie to the beach (East Wittering) on Easter Monday. It was just perfect...just need to teach doggy not to dig holes in the sand with his bum facing us and the beach towels.

It has to be books for me too......easier and less panic mode than taking an expensive electronic device. It doesn't matter so much if I spill some tea on a book, it would be ultra expensive to do the same with a Kindle.

Plus, reading electronic print for too long gives me a headache.

Have you tried reading on eink (the kindle technology) not the backlit lcd screens?

    It's a revelation!
