Anyone fancy pm'ing me the link....my brain has turned to cheese and can't blooming remember the name!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Have you not employed a minion yet to help you out?

Good luck with everything! and don't forget us when you're famous....

No....but I am really struggling with employing studio staff (as it's totally different to retail concession staff).....so still just me and OH and DD 2 days.
6 months back the whole business was still being run from just 2 lounges (one with sea view) and the London house was a kind of depot...with only the kitchen stock free.

I have a 9am meet tomo for web stuff and we are thinking of taking on someone who can do more CAD/web creative plus manage all the online sales that we do ourselves as the workload on that part is insane now...and I do most of it at night...like logging in tracking numbers (inbetween tweeting SSue)...

In the Rework book it says don't hire until you feel real pain...and we are at that point now.

I have twitter but rarely use it...it tends to be used to follow speedway online or to ask for help in covering meetings.

Hey PN:cool:...it's really strange ...but I am still learning how it works so I am finding it fascinating.
It's good for precis skills as my tweets don't post as they end up too long.....I don't get how people get addicted to it though.

I am suprised how some respected posters on here have got through life this far without having chips & gravy. I mean, how have you done it? Wrong I tell you!:p
I've never had it. I think I've seen it on a menu once, but the trouble with trying anything new is you want to "just try a bit" of somebody else's before committing. So, staring at a menu that's offering chips/gravy or chips/curry sauce or chips/mushy peas, I'm already dithering over curry sauce or mushy peas, so am not going to take a complete chance on something I've never had that might taste minging.

You don't need to go to a chippy to get chips and gravy...just makes your own! Or buy the chips from the chippy and supply your own gravy (nice thick beef gravy is my preference)
The trouble with this is that if you've never tasted it from a chippy, with a knowledgeable person giving it the nod, then you won't ever know if your homemade stuff is just like the shop, or if the shop one you tried was any good.

So you really need to try chips and gravy, with an expert to tell you if the one you're tasting is good or bad. THEN you can make your own at home and know if yours tastes like the 'proper stuff'.

The worst thing dog owners do is they always start with the phrase "It's all right, he won't hurt you..."
My experience has been the dog owner running up and saying "Oh, he's never done THAT before!". I've had loads attack me on sight.... they just know I love being bitten and terrified.

You know what...when I come back after a break I just try and get with the flow...one of the very few things I went back to read was the dopester dog thread.
I've not actually, yet, ever seen the Dopester dog thread/posting/confession/admission.... or whatever it actually was.
