Hi Poppy , yes of course glad to help.
OP post 1 "lost all songs on PC because HD failure and can't believe can't sync back from phone to PC " then berates iTunes,yet then posts " i cant even get one track onto the iphone now its just doesnt do it i even tried dragging it on to the phone in the menu on the side and it throws a no entry sign"
