I am in Glasgow and received a delivery last night. My original order was £93 but with codes got it for £57 but then received an email to say 3 things out of stock including a BOGOF so wasnt to happy. Well my parcel came and states I was charged £26 I ordered the large jewellery boxes at BOGOF £20 each but there was only one in stock so thought I would have lost out but on the invoice it states that I paid £0.00 for the jewellery box so an even bigger bargain:j good luck to all you people still waiting on parcels. x

I emailed about my missing parcel and I got a reply that they would refund me. I wasn't given the option of having it resent and none of the items are OOS. Hmph. I asked whether there was any evidence that it'd even been pcked but haven't had a response yet

I'm glad everyone else had a good service from Matalan but I'm not ordering from them again

I placed my order on the 3rd, it was dispatched on the 6th but tracking shows that its still in Manchester. Ok, it says Edinburgh Service Centre but apparently that means nothing. Argh!!

The roads are fine. I wish it was in Edinburgh as I would pick it up myself!!!

same here so annoyed i live 10 mins away from edinburgh and would gladly pick it up if it means getting the items in time for xmas

Thanks, I can't get in to try until Wednesday, hoping I can have the full set for Christmas, if not I'm just gonna have to return the lot which would be a shame.

Matalan customer services were very good about it - they have refunded my entire order, and just asked me to throw the items away, so I can't complain about that, but its just frustrating to have to go and buy everything again:(

I guess the parcels have been sitting around in depots being kicked around and not having care taken of them. Not Matalan's fault to be honest, more DHL, but do check your parcels carefully rather than just tucking them away in the cupboard unopened!

It's astounding how many of these have turned up smashed - my parcel was marked 'FRAGILE' all over, but had clearly been kicked or dropped at some point, I was surprised only one item was broken when I opened it.

Hey it's not just you in Scotland waiting ! I am in Doncaster and am still waiting my tracking says Goole which is 15 miles away and all the roads have been clear for days. In fact there was only 2 bad snow road days. I wonder if it is worth ringing Matalan tomorrow. Ps I ordered on the Fri afternoon 3 Dec.
