Not much different to many sites or shops then when you have codes or vouchers.

At least Matalan (and Asos) recently have honoured the codes.

I am not happy with them they cancelled the item I wanted most as oos and it was worth well over half of my order, I only ordered the other bits to take the order over the 25GBP mark and would never order them on their own to pay nearly 4GBP delivery they didn't answer my email so far but I hope they will...

Got a dispatch email and have been charged the correct amount espically as i use the 5 discount codes, well pleased...:j

Got a despached e-mail this morning. Just one oos which was a dressing gown so am hoping that they will have in store. I ordered at 2.50 last Fri afternoon and used the 7 code stack ! :T

just recieved my order, used the 5 codes so got £90 worth of stuff for £50 delivered, very impressed as ordered a lot of clothes for my boys in the next size up, so would have brought it all next year anyway :-) :-)

I jut received my dispatch email two of the items are OOS on the email it says £5 has been taken off my order. No discounts are shown on the email. Anyone else who got the email with out the discounts shown who has their order did you receive the discounts.

Yes, just the total discounted amount reflects the OOS item. My OOS item was only worth £2 before discount, so not much difference to total.

The money came out of my account this morning and it's the correct amount! still no parcel though showing as:

Delayed due to adverse weather 07/12/10 07:30 PERTH SERVICE CENTRE
Arrived At Depot 06/12/10 17:31 MANCHESTER TERMINAL
Parcel data received awaiting coll. 06/12/10 MANCHESTER SERVICE CENTRE

on DHLs website. Don't understand that though as Perth's less than 20 miles along the road and our weather (and main roads) are fine ah well, it's the boiling pot conundrum!
