Just had the HDNL guy in and he's saying that their systems are exactly the same - showing as local when they're still at the original drop off place. They must update automatically as to where the parcels should be

As long as I have mine by the 16th of December I'll be happy! lol It's got my secret santa gift in it and we're heading through to your part of the world Clare for our Christmas meal on the 17th so need it by then as I put off getting another present when I got my confirmation email :rotfl:

I have just had a dispatch e-mail for the order they should have cancelled and have been advised to refuse delivery. I don't want to sound silly but I have never done this before so would anyone be able to advise me at all on what I should say to the driver; I feel really bad when he will have come here to then refuse the goods!
