Yes they'd be much better off just honouring the orders... lets face it, even with the discount codes they're probably still selling at well over cost price anyway! That way they at least get some of our money, rather than wasting their staff time and postage just to have everything returned!

money was taken from my account straight away when i ordered so i my eyes they cant then go back and take some more

my original total after discounts was 35.94
and my email states after not having 2 items in stock which were BOGOF @ 4 QUID each is 52.95

hope it makes sense to everyone lol its been a long day x

Ordered mine Thursday night got the dispatch invoice tonight, so that has been 2 working days from order to dispatch, if I receive it Wednesday it will have been 4 working days.

Tracking says paperwork received by courier parcel not yet collected.

From what I hear the whole of West Lothian is terrible. I was lucky enough not too be working today but my OH had to take annual leave. No way could we have got our car out the street. I've got friends who were stuck on the motorways for about 5 hours - no good.

Well they have 17/18 days to get the items to us before Christmas. Its DHL aswell and AFAIK the dhl courier in my area is self employed and she delivers in all weathers (albeit she is in the next street!) so fingers crossed I get it soon. Luckily its only clothes for my LO so im not in any rush for them but I hope everyone who ordered things for Christmas gets them soon!

Well i'll wait to see what comes on the invoice as cant make head nor tail of the conflicting amounts on my account and emails. It will go back if they try to charge more.. Bit of a bummer that one of the BOGOF items was out of stock but was only £3 so dont mind if i'm that down

Hi im completely confused.
I ordered on Thursday. May have typed email incorrectly as didn't get a confirmation or anything from them since!
The order went through as the cashback has tracked. My bank was pending but now completely disappeared.
Im going to call them tomorrow. Im completely in the dark. TRyed to log into account and doesn't recognise email address!

I have spoken to my bank who have said that Matalan have requested the discounted amount TWICE! They said if they don't drop one of the requests soon, they'll both automatically be debited from my account and if that happens, the bank will get the money back from Matalan. However, they said that if they drop both the amounts and try and debit the non-discounted amount, it's fraud and I can take it to trading standards so I very much doubt they'll charge people the full amount!!
