im confused with mine.... 17.02 on hold from the bank (orig order order) i logged onto the website and found my account had been deleted... so rang thru to moira @ cs yesterday who adv that as my order had multiple codes they werent honouring my acct but she was contacting the IT dept for me today to get an update and call me back.. (no phonecall) i was advised that my order had definately been cancelled and the on hold funds released my bank asap... this evening i got a despatch email.... for a higher amount and the xmas cards were OOS..... and theyre closed so i cant ring em... hmmm

got my email.. 2 items out of stock, one a BOGOF.. yet the total on this with the 2 things missing is the same as the online order amount for all items (and £14 more than original order).... cant check online banking as on mobile connection so not sure if they are taking more than it should have been with the codes!?

I got dispatch email but with full amount ,one item OOS ,unfortunately PJ bottoms!
My order summary on .com shows all discounts but the total is the full price!
(my order email had discounts and discounted total)

So do all your codes come to £14 and you think they have added them back on to the total.

My order invoice and dispatch invoice is identical, all items are listed and the totals and discounts are exactly the same.

Do your dispatch e-mails not say:

*Please check your order acknowledgement email for any promotions applied to this order as they are not reflected in the prices shown below. If your original order qualified for Free delivery this will still be applied and deducted from the totals shown below.
