I'm getting peeved with this deal now!

Its so unfair that those with all items in stocks dispatch emails are showing full discount but those with OOS items are showing FULL PRICE..

PLUS because one of my items was a BOGOF I assume I will have to pay FULL price for the other item and I only bought the item because it was a BOGOF so we LOSE the discount on that item just because it was out of stock which should have shown when ordering

Its looking a bit SNEAKY now as someone said the item was still showing as IN STOCK on the website & wonder if this is just a new ploy to change our orders to FULL PRICE

I won't know till it actually shows on my bank statement but will not be a happy bunny if charged full price and even so will ring them about missing out on the BOGOF because I am going to be charged extra now anyway!

Its not THAT good a deal I received on my first order with 3 codes as free delivery would have actually given me a better discount anyway and one item arrived broken!!!

I hope they redeem themselves after my phone call as I feel yet another phone call coming on .... Have already had to phone Next , Damart and Tesco's today as ALL of them charged me MORE for items than they should have & I'm getting real fed up of it now as it cost me tons in patience and peace of mind in STRESS - All just to SAVE MONEY - Great but shouldn't have to chase them all up like this because they get it wrong! :mad:

Further to my above post where £50.18 was taken then changed and retaken on friday at the amount of £58.80 I just received my dispatc confirmation which states the total as £50.18

What the hell are they playing at?

I don't know why people are stressing out, we all knew we weren't supposed to be using so many codes, and they won't even realise the OOS stuff has stopped all the illegitimate discounts from working properly. It's not like you can ring up cos they might just remove all discounts anyway.

That's the risk you take.

Well they have 17/18 days to get the items to us before Christmas. really not good is it my husband works for first bus and has had to walk into work everday for the past week even though they have not been on the drivers are all sitting in the office (riddick)
DHL have a few parcels of mine i have tracking numbers for them but they have been held up for well over a week now really not happy as it 400 quids worth of stuff for the kids (shhhh BMX N LAPTOP) really hoping they come soon or the kids wont have a proper xmas anyway heres to some rain n sunshine huh :beer: hoping this snow clears soon xx

Online info does not take off all the reductions it just shows them along with the order. You should pay the price that is quoted on your confirmation email and if all goods are in stock this will be the same price for the dispatch email. Problems seem to be occurring when some of the items are unavailable, people are appearing to be getting charge a higher price as some of the discounts, B.O.G.O.F's and 2 for £* 's are not available so no only are they paying more for their items they have lost out on the % of discounts initially given.

ps the verify with visa pop up is just to confirm u are who u say are and are supposed to be using that card they can take more tesco do every week with me

Unfortunately that's not the case as I've been charged more than both my confirmation and dispatch email state :S

They Can't Take 'as much as they like'.

When you 'verify by Visa' there is an amount stated, just above where you enter your password. This is the amount you are authorizing. If they take anything above this, then that is illegal.

We used all of these codes knowing they were not to be used together. With that in mind, perhaps the systems natural way of processing refunds and codes has now 'glitched' because items were 'out of stock', making a big mess!

Just give them a chance, ride it out and see before we all judge so harshly.

I don't understand how it's alright for us to knowingly stack loads of codes to take advantage of them for a bargain, but when they make a mistake everyone is so quick to tarnish them.

If they come up bad, I will personally never shop there again just to honour those that received a bad deal for christmas :A
