good discount code stack available with Matalan

I also got an item OOS (it was £2 underwear so not too bothered). I'm not that worried about the dispatched email not showing discounts as on dispatched email it's showing the delivery charge, whereas the original total was more than £100 so easily free delivery. So i think that we should just check our bank accounts to see if they've taken more than they should have.

Have other people been charged already?

I have just emailed them because my OOS item is still nice and fine in stock on the website when I put it in my basket! swines! :P

It seems that those that have items unavailable on their order have no discounts showing on the dispatch invoice and there is a question as to how much they will be charged (bills would be slightly different as the % of discount would be deducted for the items not purchased) where as those that have a full order have had a dispatch invoice showing exactly the same as the order invoice. All items, discounts and payment totals shown and identical.

The invoice on your account will show the full amount. When you receive your stuff ypu will get an invoice and it will show the discounted amount.

DHL are usually the couriers that bring my Matalan orders and I've noticed that orders are here a good few days before the payment is taken so it could be a while before we're all 100% sure what's happening here

You must have qualified for £10's worth of discounts when you placed your order!. Is the confirmation of order invoice and the dispatch invoice the same value?

Yes they are, there should be tracking info on the dispatch email that shows the status of the parcel.

money was taken from my account straight away when i ordered so i my eyes they cant then go back and take some more

my original total after discounts was 35.94
and my email states after not having 2 items in stock which were BOGOF @ 4 QUID each is 52.95

My order total after discounts was taken out of my account straight away too...£50.18 as my acknowledgement states.I called earlier to check despatch and was told it was being despatched today.I have no despatch email yet but checked my online banking and it shows my Matalan payment as then going through on the friday for thursdays transaction but the amount taken is £58.50!!!!!!!
