Well £19.04 has been taken from my bank which is right after all the discounts, still only the acknowledgement email.
Fingers crossed this will be my 1st bargain buy from this website!

I placed an order on 29th Nov and had an email saying they'd received it. I used 3 codes. I had no more emails until 1st Dec when they said it had been sent. I received it today.

I did a second order yesterday using the 3 codes and The Sun code and had an email saying they'd recived it my order. therefore, I am not expecting to get a despatch email until either Saturday or Monday.

I have decided I LIKE Matalan! lol ... I do like the retailers who honour glitches @ least up until the time they rectify it! .. Unlike SOME companies who just cancel the whole lot!..

Makes me much MORE likely to shop with them again!!

i ordered a coat for dd on thursday nght got confirmation email but no depatch yet? does it usually take so long? thanks

I ordered thursday lunchtime and apart from a confirmation I have heard nothing from them. My order states exported and has done since thursday night.

checked on delivery info and if you ordered before 12 on thursday it should arrive today or monday and if you ordered after 12 it should arrive wednesday but due to the weather delivery might be late

My available balance has dropped by the amount that I'm due to Matalan (£27 not £57) so they have secured the cash. They do say that once they do this that they will honour the sale so fingers crossed.

I really hope that I get my order, its all stuff for my LO. Argh he grows so fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems they've refunded me my money. I think.

It went out my account on the day of purchase and I've just checked my balance and it's gone up by the amount I paid matalan.

Placing a hold on the money is not the same as taking it. Once they have accepted the payment you will see it in your account and until then, no contract has been formed. Mine is also just 'held' - sucks playing the waiting game!!:o
