  • Money from my order is on hold in my account but not actually been taken out (made order 3rd Dec)

    Still at "exported" in my order status.

    Fingers crossed I get my order :j and everyone else gets theres as well ;)

    The difference between my balance and available balance is about the same as my Matalan order, so still pending - not heard anything by e-mail yet. Wish they'd hurry up so if needs be I can have my money back and make other arrangements if I'm not going to get the 2 gifts and PJs I ordered :(
    Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21
    04/12/20: Both properties listed for sale
    11/01/21: Offers accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
    25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
    27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer received 
    05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on purchase. Mortgage offer amended
    08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
    26/02/21: Partner's sale contract signed
    10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
    16/03/21: My sale contract signed
    28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
    11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
    17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
    27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
    28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
    03/06/21: Completion

    im thinking of calling them. Its becoming a bit of a joke. Either we are getting the orders or we aren't. Im not happy with being messed about. Will need to find gifts elsewhere if they don't send order. So sooner rather than later to let us know would be good!

    Give it a bit longer. Surely they'll have to tell us outright, not just refund money and say nothing

    I telephoned yesterday, no order or account details ( didn't want to bring attention to anything). They told me that my order from Thursday, around 4pm, should go out for delivery tomorrow (Tuesdsay).

    Some people have had theres. I really don't think we are going to get the order. I might send them a general enquiry email at the moment. Nothing specific. See if theres a delay or something with deliveries. If there isn't i personally will assume its not coming. To be recredited back to account is not a good sign.

    I emailed to request to cancel my first order, because something jumped out of my basket, which didn't make it such a good deal.
    I re ordered under hubbys email then emailed cancellation request. My order was then never in my account so I guessed it had been cancelled straightaway. I then had a call on Sat saying they would cancel as requested. Then had an email yesterday saying that my cancellation request couldn't go through due to being very busy and having lots of orders to deal with. and also because it has been picked and waiting to be dispatched!
    But the order isn't on my account! Strange happenings! mine (the ones i want)are both still showing exported! Hopefully we will all be receiving them today or tomorrow.:)
