Unfortunately, the bank account that I used to pay is one of those that doesn't show pending amounts on. Bit of a nightmare at this time of year!

My payment is showing on my Natwest statement (but it doesn't say "Matalan" just blank) and order is still "exported"

Hope it comes, i've ordered my son some Man Utd stuff for xmas

i think they will be honoring them, i also requested to cancel my order but got a reply saying i couldnt has had been picked and was ready for dispatch! i imagaine being monday alot will be sent today!

don't understand the bank thing then putting the money back? well it went from pending to nothing disappeared.

I ordered thursday lunchtime and my order is still saying exported.

I made an order with mothercare on the wednesday and that is still waiting to be dispatched too but upon ringing them I found out they were having problems at the warehouse because of the snow. They had to shut for 2 days and then had a backlog of order which they are working through.

Maybe matalan are having a similar problem. Hopefully now the weather is letting up they will be able to get back to normal and our orders will be dispatched over the next day or so.

I find it strange that so many people's orders are still sitting at exported? Not cancelled or disappeared from order history? I went on yesterday to try and order s couple of this things I had originally ordered and they're not on the site anymore - must be OOS. Gutted because it took me 3 weeks to find something I liked for my secret santa at work! Have to start all over again lol
