I gave them a call, they put the order on hold then I had to send them an email confirming I wanted to cancel it!

Thanks very much, I have managed to cancel one of my previous orders, have just e-mailed on the first one but not expecting to be able to as I placed it so long ago Lovely people at head office too!

I checked my order on-line and also see that the total amount is more than it was when I originally ordered - All the discounts seem to be there and when I deduct them from the full cost I still get the original £19.03 I had last night but it now states that the total amount is £29.34! I have been working it out and going by the new total it means that the only discount that was deducted was the 10% 'Promotion 3'. My confirmation email definitely says £19.03 so we will just have to wait and see what happens!
