I was trying another order with the extra codes too. I had it all set up then went to check and see if my mum wanted anything - came back and too late! Oh well, I'll be more than pleased if the order from last night is honoured, I was chuffed with that until the extra 2 codes came along so I'm not going to be cross that I missed out today as it feels a bit greedy .

lol I left my bank card at home today - had an order in my basket at work with all the codes working, got home and it's gone! Ah well. Does anyone know if the original order will be honoured?

Just had a look at my email (which is an order acknowledgment) and it does say:
Your order is accepted by us once we have charged your credit/debit card and your shopping has been dispatched.
I wonder if they'll use this as a get out clause? Has anyone had a confirmation of dispatch yet?

I'm not sure 'exported' means dispatched. I ordered a coat from them about a month ago and I received a dispatch email, which I haven't gotten this time. The dispatch email also lets you track the parcel via DHL.

Yeah, I thought 'exported' just meant that they had your order and it was sort of in between being ordered and packed?

Just had a look at my emails from my last Matalan order and I got my 'acknowledgment' email on the 26th and the dispatch email on the 29th, so a few days in between.

my online order details shows £13.95 more than I should have paid.. but thankfully the correct amount has come out of my bank..

I have received my order today. I used 3 10% codes and the order has been honoured at the discounted price. 4 pairs of PJs for £4.50 each including delivery.

I not surprised they have stopped people using so many codes at once. I'm sure they can't afford to sell £150 worth of goods for £50.

Hope your orders get honoured too.

My FIRST order came today via DHL ... Its strange because I didn't get a confirmation e-mail but got a dispatch e-mail in my spam box ( small order - used 3 discount codes )

Second order placed last night went through ok with the 5 codes and I got a confirmation e-mail straight away this time

They must have honoured the orders up to a certain time today... maybe?

Its a wait and see if it will be honoured - Will be checking my spambox from now on!!
