I called them last time I ordered from them to find out which courier they use because I couldnt track my delivery as it didnt say on their webpage...

and they told me is a company called DX, I was able to track my delivery using this page:

Mind you, it said 'despatched for delivery' on a certain date, and item came a day before, so I dont know how reliable it is..

you could try calling them to see which carrier they used. I guessed mine as I had another parcel that HDNL are failing to deliver so I recognised the number code. You could try Royal Mail/Parcelnet etc just in case with your code.

have tried royal mail,parcelnet and dx still cant find it. I've emailed them so hopefully they will get back to me soon. I was gona choose standard delivery but I thought hey for an extra pound i get a wee early christmas pressie. I love it when the postie brings me parcels :rotfl:

Mine worked with HDNL, but I am slightly worried. This is what it shows:

04/12/2010 02:12:00 The parcel has been received into depot
05/12/2010 08:33:00 The parcel has been loaded on to the drivers van
05/12/2010 12:23:00 The parcel has been delivered

I know for a fact that my family was in yesterday, whilst I did some shopping and no-one delivered anything!:( What do I do? HELP!!!

Maybe the delivery will come today?
Maybe the driver signed for it as he liked it?
Ours is being delivered by royal mail

I really hope so, these delays are really getting on my nerves, have got so many orders I'm waiting for!;)
tried Royal Mail and not working, RM van just been and it wasn't even for my ASOS order despatched 23rd!:eek:

I had a parcel turn up after 2 weeks with Royal Mail and that was before the snow :mad:
