Hopefully we will get ours tomorrow - unless I'm very lucky mine will be going back to the post office though.

mine arrived today it absolutely lovely! warm too! im going to road test it out in the cold tonight! have to say i agree with the above posting re the belt. not sure what its there for as there is enough detailing with the buttons. im going to try it with a tie belt off another coat and see if that looks better, if not no belt it is! fit is lovely as well!

Mine has been sent through HDNL - I may never see it They have refunded the extra cost for it not arriving next day.

Hopefully its being resent to work so fingers crossed for it turning up at some point next week.

How did you find out who it was being sent by and also how did you get a refund for not arriving? Mines is still not here

The tracking code is in the email you got, go to the HDNL website and track it.

On the HDNL website it says my tracking number is incorrect. It doesn't say on my email who it was sent by is there any other way I can find out?

I'm one of the unlucky ones too. I ordered on Thursday morning, received an email to say it had been dispatched on Thursday afternoon and I paid extra for next day delivery and its still not here ;-(
(I live in an area that hasn't been distrupted by the snow)

Have emailed them so hopefully I will hear something on Monday. Fingers crossed.
