Rang twice, but they are not answering. Now wrote them an email. I wanted to write 'retards' instead of 'regards', but thought better of it!

They are really annoying me now!

I checked the tracking number in my email,it's not RM it's HDNL it says it was loaded onto the van today,yay!

I know for a fact that my family was in yesterday, whilst I did some shopping and no-one delivered anything!:( What do I do? HELP!!!

Well I called HDNL yesterday about this and they said to contact boohoo.com so they can sort it out with the driver so called them, couldn't find an alternative number on saynoto so called the number on the 'contact us' page. After waiting 20 mins on the phone, the line was cut off!:eek: I was so angry, I e-mailed them telling them all this and I know I'm going to be here forever waiting for their reply because I e-mailed them on Sat about my order being 'next day' and not even being 'the day after next day'! I've still not had a reply about that e-mail!

I really don't know who to blame more, boohoo or HDNL!:mad: what I know for sure is that I've wanted to order from boohoo for aaages but don't like paying for delivery....but after this, I don't think I'll be going back to them!
Good luck everyone else on your orders! hope we get them before this winter is up!

Just received mine said despatched monday and arrived about an hour ago,didnt pay for next day delivery and ordered on thursday.
Lovely coat,well happy,have given the belt the boot tho as others have mentioned.
