Belted winter coat £16.24 delivered next day

The belt does seem a bit odd,it doesnt really need one at all,but obviously if you dont wear one you've got belt loops on it,what are other people doing,changing the belt or not wearing one?

OMG, I'm so annoyed. I placed my order and had a confirmation email on the 2nd Dec saying my coat had been released for delivery, after selecting next day on the order. Have been waiting for my postman everyday and now this morning have had a cancellation email from them!!!! Nobody will answer the phone so have emailed them and waiting for a reply. On the email it says they have refunded me and cancelled my order as either that was my request or they have no stock, just been on the website and the coat is still on there!!!!!!! Really fed up!

I'm gutted, I never find any coats that I like either! Not sure how they can say they have no stock if they're still selling them on the website??? Also on my confimation email it said mine had been released for delivery so surely that means there was one allocated to me??? Fingers crossed yours will arrive.

mine is with HDNL, tracking says it has been there since 4th Dec, but they cant deliver due to severe weather issues, and they wont let me collect. ive had other couriers come, so am really annoyed

knock on the door an hour ago by 'White van man' x2 coats delivered and signed for ..just in time for the up to 4 days delivery from email.

I rang them 3 times, but nobody would answer the phone! Then I sent them an email on the 8th and this is the reply i got:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email regarding the status of your order.

I can confirm that your order has been dispatched and should be delivered to you shortly, if it hasn't been already.

I'm extremely dissapointed with thier service and the last time i will be shopping with them!
