Hope everyone gets theirs in the end...I ended up calling AGAIN! finally got through to someone and they said they'll put in a dispute and let me know in 24hrs. 24 hrs wen t by and was planning to phone the next day but coat came last night at 9:00pm by the usual HDNL guy. If only I'd opened the door and collected it......(fuming!)
But, thankfully I have it at last!!!!!

I still haven't had any reply to my email that I sent to them and am still gutted I haven't got a new coat!!!

i emailed twice and both times they just said its been dispatched, but no help other than that!

Ok, just got the phone with them. The coat is at my local depot and should recieve it tomorrow.

The lady said she was going to refund my the postage costs as a good will gesture. Worth ringing up if you still havnt recieved anything!

Has anyone been charged for theirs yet??? i ordered 4th december, got the coat monday, but cant see any money taken from bank???

I have just had a reply to my email that I sent on the 10th Dec!!!! It has answered none of my questions and is obviously a standard reply this is some of what it said.

''Regarding any delivery enquiries; I’m afraid that we have been experiencing delays with deliveries which was caused by the adverse weather conditions across the country. We are doing everything we can to deliver as many parcels as quickly as possible, and the carriers are working very hard to clear the backlog of parcels. All parcels have been dispatched and are currently being processed through the delivery networks.''

My coat was ordered on the morning of the 2nd Dec to be delivered the following day! They took over a week to tell me they had sold out even though they had sent an email telling me mine was ready for despatch. It says on the email they sent to me I now have to email them again if their reply didn't answer my question! I am not holding my breath as customer service obviously isn't their strong point!
I'm still really annoyed!!!!

I have had mine for a week now - and very impressed with it too, for the price! Very glad I didn't get the one I tried on in New Look which was triple the price.

However, I did another order the next day - for some other things for Christmas. I am still waiting for them to arrive. Debenhams are also dragging their feet at the moment. I guess ordering on the internet for Christmas must be done earlier next year!

I'm glad I didn't pay £50 for mine. I really like the coat but I have worn it 3 times since I got it and 2 buttons have already fallen off. My advice is to sew them on a bit before you wear them again in case you lose them too.
