    Hi Palema
We're going to Krakow, I've always wanted to go since I was a kid, I want to visit Auschwitz as I've seen so many documentaries and read so many books about the atrocities that went on there, I want to see it for myself.

    Sparky x

My son went, as part of his GCSE studies, 7 yrs ago. They went with a survivor of the camp. Still talks about it now. They didn't hear any birdsong. As a 15 yr old he said it was quite bizare not to hear birds.

Fishcakes - that's so true, first time I went was on NYE so you had families lighting rememberance candles and we really noticed no sign of birds etc, very erie.....:(

    Wish I had a utility room.:D

Lol, other than the magic washing machine which gives me money I find it an utterly useless room - containing as it does the washing machine, iron etc, and the family freezer which I don't have anything in.

Well thats me home from the evil 10 hour shift - and yup we were allowed to take tips if offered I have in my sweaty hands £20 which I'm going to put in to the bank asap.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Really?! God I love my utility room! Everybody that comes into our kitchen says "Wow, it's so neat and clutter-free!" and I'm nodding all smugly and thinking "God, please don't open the utility room door! You might not survive the avalanche of crap!". Hehe.

Just home from my overtime shift. £1 in the pot. Feeling guilty as I spent £1 at work on a can of coke and a cadburys caramel, but it was a rubbish shift and I needed a pick-me-up!

I love my Utility room too, plus it doubles up as a place for muddy shoes, bikes, skateboards, scooters and (at the moment) DS1's wormery (yuck!)

The only downside is that its blooming freezing in winter, and like a sauna in summer because its in the plastic porch added onto the side of my house
    Moving on up :o SPC #382 ~ £40 banked
