You DIDN'T see your name moremoneythansense???? I've just had a look...and it's there for sure, right at the very end, honest. I know for sure

Gosh Sue, I'm SO sorry I put you out...I really did think I'd looked properly but I'm sure you're right...it must have been there all the time;):p

No money in the post for me today (edited - oops, no money in the POT for me either...wish there HAD have been some money in the post for me;-)) - but it was NSD so no change in purse and no £2 coins.

Did toy with the idea of putting a couple of quid in anyway but decided against that for now as I've had a lot of expenditure this month.

Been busy writing my debt free diary and I'm going to get an early night for once:D

Night all - have a great thrifty day tomorrow peeps :)

    Helloooooo SPC family :D

no pennies in the pot for me today and cant even claim a NSD as I had to put fuel in the car, £15 and didnt even get 100 miles :( ahh i remember the days when £15 would fill your tank half full AND buy you a mars bar ;)

Mr jakesmum has added another £6 to his 'no smoking im going on holiday' fund he's getting very into this potting lark, now if I can just get him to pick up any road kill he sees . . .

Oh thank Heavens you found it MMTS...I was almost thinking I'd forgotten!!! Imagine THAT...I know, you can't, me either. it must be his :money:fault! Well done with your debt free diary.

    Good for you, bargainlover!

Hi jakes-mum and good for Mr JM on his contribution, far better than puffing it away. I hope he's doing well with quitting. Don't get me started on fuel as I'm also one of those "I remember when it used to be......" Trouble is...I can't remember now! Too much dirty white matter fogging it. :rotfl:Tis the tie of night, I needa long lie down.

Night all, have a good one and a fresh tomorrow.

PS. LC 2 where are you??? You're very sadly missed here and the place just isn't the same. I do hope all's well with you and the family. Come on home!

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Good morning everyone
we had a great holiday, great weather, food & sunshine and maybe some alcohol ahem! At Manchester airport, somebody had left a trolly with a £1 coin in it, so I liberated the coin for my road change pot :)

Went to pick our little dog up yesterday only to be handed a vet's bill for £431  because she was unwell while we were away. The poor little mite couldn't walk properly and they thought she'd had a stroke, so more tets are required to try to get her sorted.

Welcome to our newest members, also a couple of belated Happy Birthdays, also congratulations on the new arrivals and keep an eye on the kids who fall over. Finally any newbies who've joined us please make sure you pop your SPC number into your signature for us, as it helps with the grand total at the end of the challenge

Sue sorry to hear you're still ahving trouble with your shoulder hun, hope it doesn't last for the predicted time of 9 months. BTW did you get my email before I went away? I keep getting a message on mine to say there was a problem with it but my sent message folder says it has gone, if that makes sense :)

Have a great day everyone, stay safe and keep saving

You're learning hotspur_pam, though be careful of using that GO name on here :naughty:...SPC and him don't go together. Aside from that, they fear us..oh yes....and whenever you see them in the commons whispering to each other with a hand hel to cover their mouths, they're speaking of SPC!!!! People are saving and keeping money to THEMSELVES!!!!!!:eek::eek: (<-- that's them DC, GO and NC) There's not much that gets past me. :dance:It's ok, I'm happily bonkers. :rotfl:

Haha Sue UU, you're not bonkers at all, you're just great at detecting bullcr*p :rotfl:. As for GO and his cronies, they'll have to find our sealed-pots first before even trying to attempt to prise them open :D. Think we should all pop mouse-traps in there to be extra safe... deter those grasping fingers :D.
Read a previous post regarding your shoulder Sue UU, hope your recovery is quick .

Good-day happy folks of Potters Paradise :D, 10p in the pot today. It's a little windy out but at least the sun is shining, hope it's lovely in your part of PP :D. Oh great, i've now got the choon, 'Gangsters Paradise' in my head....' been spending most our lives living in a Potters Paradise...':rotfl:.
Have a good one all

A warm welcome home to you, Sparky!!! :D It's great to see you back after having such a wonderful time, but I was so sorry about your little dog what a rotten shame, especially not to have you and your DW there for the poor little mite. However, perhaps that was meant to be, who knows. I do hope he recovers as well as is possible.

You jammy devil!! No sooner do you get back than you're immediately finding somebody's trolley with a £1 in it! Some things never change. I did get your e-mail but it was too late to reply to so I put an answer on here though I know you would already have left for the wedding, but it made me feel better by just putting it here. Thanks for your words about the shoulder, sadly that will possibly be a lot longer to heal, the 9 months is just for the hand so if ever I need a hand, or a shoulder perhaps I could just give you a call. :rotfl:Good to have you back with us sparks! :D

Very well done indeed, JAMIEDODGER, that's an excellent amount!:T

Hiya Cazzie, ignore him with his £1...... he's just bragging and likes to taunt us though having said that I expect he went all over Gatwick airport even checking below the pilots feet! Can you imagine that.... I can! :rotfl:Glad you liked the Potters Paradise name, it came to me in a moment of genius, I have quite a few...at times! :D Happy clunking Cazzie.
