yorkshire-lad wrote: »afternoon all,
wow its been a while since i posted in here.
just thought i would post a quick update,
i was originally saving up for an ipad but at the weekend i broke my sealed pot and counted up all the cash.
i have since put it in the bank and its now going towards to my CC debt.
as i mentioned i did want to treat myself but i honestly am determined to pay this CC debt off in a few months.
i did manage to save a total of £264.73 since around January time, so that should hopefully bring my CC to around £1180 once i make the payment.
i will be sealing it back up and starting to add cash again, as its a great place to put all my loose change and not spend it on rubbish.
so heres to my sealed pot challenge part 2!
i will try and post here more often this time:).
finally, hope all is keeping well, and lets hope for some nice weather again soon!!:D

Well done YL

OH emailed me this morning to say he'd found £1 roadkill on his walk to the train station. Now he knows I'm gonna put that coin in the savings pot when he gets home so there's no way he's gonna spend it!!!Sealed Pot Challenge Member no. 048

Greetings, fellow potters!
Sue - I'm an Occupational Therapist by day, so I've used more than my fair share of Theraputty! It's great fun! I went to see one of my patients the day after leaving her with some, and she'd crafted an entire zoo and wanted some more so she could carry on! Hope it's helping and that your recovery is going great!
A whopping £14.00 potted by Cazzie yesterday! Hope everyone else is happily potting away!
I've just arrived in Blackpool for a short break with my family (my Christmas present to them), and even though I will be spending lots of money, I'll be saving some small change for my pot! That's if it doesn't get spent in the arcades or on seaside souvenirs, but must think forward to next Christmas and keep the pot satisfied!
