Been to the bank with my bags of change at last, paid in £18 at one branch and the other £9 at another.

Annoyingly it appears that I can't count, as one bag had £1.20 extra in it, so that's been deposited in to the bottle.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

A massive £46.51 into our pot today, as I'd been saving up since we moved into the new flat :)

So an increasingly full pot and access to the internet at home again - a good day.

    Evening everyone

I have been so busy at work, then fat club last night and work and umpiring at netball tonight. So tired I will catch myself coming backwards. :D

WW gave me £3.42 last night, potted 26p tonight plus 1p found at Mr S yesterday and 2p buried in the grass at netball on saturday that I forgot to mention :j why am more so happy when I find road kill...sad state of affairs that ;)£2 coin for hols pot and £5 from umpiring tonight so Rosie is very happy.:D :D So all in all I am very pleased even though the weight has gone up not down this week  Must sort that out.

Get you Sparky bet you will look very dapper :D

Anyway have a good day tomorrow everyone.

    TTFN :p

Hello all, been on MSE for years but I've only just come across the SPC (though I did have a mortgage pig for ages when I was on MFW - happily he's now redundant so I know he works!)

So can I join in please? My mortgage pig is all ready to start his new life as a SPC pig and he wants to have at least £200 in his tummy by Christmas, even though we are making a late start.

    Hi Jennyjelly :D

Welcome to the mad house of potters. Have fun and lots of potting.;)

Hello After reading all the inspiring peoples storys on here i have gone and bought myself a lovely money box 'pot of dreams' one that you have to smash to open. (it was too expensive and pretty for that!) so hopefully this will spear me on to SAVE some cash rather than just spending it. Im only going to put £1 coins+ & notes into it (no loose change) and only open it once completly full.

I am excited about starting already. I have a part time second job so im hoping any cash i get form that will go into the pot :)

How do i get a member number for my signature?

    Many thanks
