£2.80 winnings from a mystery shop potted, £2 & change also potted. 7p tea room change and 5 X £2 coins & 2 X 50p's into the Poland spends pot. Working overtime today if you're wondering why the hell I'm posting so early on a Saturday morning.

Morning all,dh is now back to work after 10 weeks off so hopefully I will have more money for my pot soon. and will get back in to saving again.today I am putting in £5.00.

Decluttering

Woke up early and done a bit of tidying and found 2p, which has now been rehomed in my pot

Also went to the post office and spent £2.16 so my 84p change can go in too later

Hello again dear friends and super Savers, I'm hoping everything is well with you all today and that you will all have a wonderful weekend. We've have a lot of storms down here yesterday and today with a cracking thunderstorm last night, beautiful!

Thank you very much indeed everyone for the lovely "welcome home" from you all, they were lovely to see and I appreciate them very much indeed, thank you so much.:) Thank you also for the good wishes on the physio working out well and my arm getting back to square one, I sincerely hope you're right in that it does. BTW - I forgot to mention that over the time that I was off that we've saved £47.53, and by the way one penny of that was roadkill or pathkill which we found as soon as I got up and was starting to limp back to the car after the accident :eek: - and just in case anyone's wondering - NO it was not the penny that tripped me up in the first place - or me grappling for it!!! :rotfl:

Thank you decluttering, though I can assure you it was a just as cheery moment for me to get back as it was for you to see me back, but thank you very much indeed anyway. BTW, the "speech to text" is not at all as complicated as it might sound and is a marvel when it comes to times such as this, just give it a quick Google and you'll soon see what I mean.

20p going in my pot later today, had some printing to do at the library. I'm holding out hope that the books I've picked up ("Money Magic" and "How to pay less for just about everything") will claim back the money spent on printing at some point though!
