£23 pound in my tin today :) i have roughly about £90 in my tin now. This snow has kept me in all week, manage to eat what was in the house, save petrol money, and daily allowance, so thats how i managed that much. Prob wont be able to save that much every week, but its a good start for my first year :)

I managed to con my daddy out of 50p, so that went in :D

He asked me to get him vitamins and stuff and he'd pay me back, but didn't specify any kind. So I got him a pack of multivitamins, some cod liver oil (or something equally icky) and some glucosamine. No, he doesn't want glucosamine. Since I take that I bought another pack of multivitamins and we did a swap - but they were 50p cheaper!

  • I hit a mini goldmine today after I found the piggy that's been loitering upstairs for years and where I occasionally throw the change from the bedroom floor etc. At least a couple of quid their. I also emptied my purse of everything smaller than a pound and threw a couple of pound coins in my teramundi that I've been meaning to carry on saving in for months. That's about £7 spread over the two jars in the last two days! Yippee.

I heard Mr Fresian drop a load of change earlier. He has rehomed it in his pockets, but the temptation to "investigate" while he's asleep is very strong :D
