"Sealed Pot Challenge 4"

Morning all. I'm splitting this challenge in two. I'll be 'breaking into' my sealed pot in June to use as honeymoon spending and starting again from then. My target for June 1st will be £150, and my target for christmas will be to get it back up to £150.

I currently have £5.65 in the pot.

I had a bit more change last night so i thought i'll put it into the pot. Entered the change and pot said I had £9.85 was really pleased, then took a look at the pot (its see through) and thought it doesn't look like a tenners worth of change. My DS has been complaining of no money recently but has suddenly got enough for the pub last night.

I emptied the pot and counted it to find £4.60, the theiving swine has taken all my £1 and 50p peices. I informed him last night as per the advert on tv where you choose how much you want to borrow and over how long they will tell you how much to pay back the apr works out to 2280% so i want £20 back in return payday, no have to see wether he pays up.

am delighted to report have thrown loads of change into my healthy sounding pot , (down side i must of spent some to accumilate so much channge but all within budget ..) was away down to london and i picked up loads of coins off the pavements, especially around tube stations folk just dont seem to want to pick it up if they drop it ? bizaaar obviosly they dont post on here then :rotfl:

Dh went and got the shopping early this morning, bless him and he brought me back a beautiful £2er along with £3.27's worth of change. :kisses3:

ooooh fishcakes, that sounds painful for your young lass, I hope she's soon much better. Thinking of you on this sad day with your friend's funeral. His poor family must be so distraught, bless them.

Oh dear, postie_bear, that really isn't nice at all of your lad, I hope you get what you're after or that he at least pays you back what he took - and that he does NOT do it again! Try leaving it where it was and let him know you're trusting him and won't be forced to hide it in your home!

Sue if this lot in here saw waiters in their tea area's they'd think they were penguins :rotfl::rotfl:, they're not very sophisticated. Unlike Sealed Pot Challenge members

My pot is not doing too well at the mo-mainly 5ps and the odd 20p as i am trying not to take any cash out the bank! Put 24p in yesterday!
