Evening all,
I have decided to stop adding up my pot and instead leave it as a surprise. Instead I will just ensure I put some in each day
xx
That's what I do too, (I chuck all 1p's 2p's & 5p's in the tin & Mr Melvis adds the odd 20p) it worked well last year & I passed my £50 target hence the raised target of £75 this year :T Mr Melvis & I like to guess how much is there before we count it up too
4p change from post office + 8p change from tesco for me today ... ooh and i found a 2p when I was hoovering the bedroom, thanks to Mr Melvis' leaking pockets :rotfl::rotfl:
Mr Melvis has just given me 23p too including one of his magic 20p'sDo you need £20 of 20ps for a money bag? xxx

Great minds think alike then Melvis (and Mr Melvis
) adds to the surprise doesn't it. Good idea about guessing aswell, might pinch your idea there!
£10 of 20p's in a money bag btw

ooh thanks! hopefully I can get £10 worth before December then (£20 seemed a bit out of reach as we don't put many in!) ... there must be nearly £1 in there alreadyxx
