Hi - as previously said, google! i googled learning to knit and signed up to a few sites but really need to push myself and get some proper patterns, also the wool shop in town gets together on 1 evening a week for people to knit chat and work through any problems people have with knitting, my mom can sew on the machine so getting her to help me along with free tutourial from craft sites.

Another few pennies in the pot today - change from a birthday present purchase this morning.
Am tempted to do the knitting thing too but I have no money to buy the things to start - I shall have to keep an eye open on freecycle I think!
I remember trying once before when I was younger but struggled to even get started. I'd love to be able to knit everyone xmas jumpers for next year, they all want them and they say the more gawdy, the better ! :rotfl:

Hi Everybody
Welcome to all the newbies.
Really struggling to find change haven't spent anything so no change there.
Not much point looking for road change Sparky is up and out before I even think about it. wouldn't be surprised if Stunty is still looking either. My poor pot has still only got 10p in it since I cleared it out. Oh well soon be back to normal on Tuesday. Its been a very long break. Took all the decorations down this morning just left the tree up until the 6th. Off to clear the craft room out which will probably take all day as I always tend to get side tracked in there :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
