To all sealed pot savers :T
Well i'm back today from my house sitting and feel quite festive, as early this morning went out to feed the reindeer, little pigs, goats and sheep, whew !!
Still saving my regular amount in the tin and once i've sorted myself out, will put some of my earnings in as well
By the way, how many of the 5 a day does christmas pud and brandy butter count? [been eating this since breakfast!]I reckon it's got to be at least 9 :rotfl:
love to all

ho all, been a busy day for me!! went to work and served 120 people there 6 course lunch, bit annoyed to find out that the waiters keep ALL the tips and dont share between kitchen staff! how rude! if the food was cr4p then they wouldnt tip either!!!! anywya, went out last night so £1.50 change into the sealed tin and some shrapnel into the whiskey jarl, SIL bought me a scratchcard for xmas and it won a fiver so when that is cashed it can go straight in the tin!
I a working again tomorrow but I will be niping to town on monday for the sales! will be aiming for some cheap xmas gifts (maybe) for next year, failing that just some cards and giftwrap etc to be ready!
Oh and on a downside I have a rash up my armsthink its from having to wear the gloves at work to plate up etc but may need to pop to the docs when they reopen!

Hellooo everyone and I hope every one of you thoroughly enjoyed your day.
Thank you so much, Paul, we've both been quite a lot better today, but our little treasure started really flagging after lunch, though his siblings were up very early! I hope your little Bethan had a fantastic time and really enjoyed her presents. :A Love to Sarah too, all of you enjoy the rest of the season Paul.
I'll bet fishcakes are shattered up in Bootle!
Very well done, yorkshire-lad!!! A lovely gift for the pot, you too!
Caz!!!! Have you no self-control?!! Me either when it comes to Christmas pud, delicious, though barely had any this year. Never mind we still have one, so hopefully will demolish that at New Year. Merry Christmas to you also, Caz.
Hi henna, it sounds as though you've got an intolerance to latex, remember it if the Dr agrees and beware. I used to do Silver Service waitressing and - to be honest - tips then weren't shared with the Chef as he had waaayyyy more in wages than we could ever hope for! A difficult one I suppose, especially as you're temping. Good news about the £5er scratchcard win!
Good tfor you little one, hismummy, you're bringing him up well.
Hope you had a good day too, FF, well done on the £2!!
Good to see you, summertea, nice to see you're penalising yourself for not showing up often too!Well done, £15 is great!
Have another lovely day today, Boxing Day everyone, whatever you do, enjoy yourselves. Our lad and his wife will be joining us for the day....high spirits there! :jOff to bed a bit smart now.

Good Morning Everyone
Hope you all had a great Christmas day, I got to spend mine with my DW, which is always a bonus. DW is working today at the Trafoord centre, so I have to attend the traditional family get together at my Mum's. According to the weather App on my phone it's -11 on the outskirts of Liverpool, so get wrapped up if you're going out folks
Managed to keep popping coinage into the sealed pot over the last few days
Enjoy Boxing Day everyone, stay safe and keep saving
