Just going to do a parasite comparison.
So firstly my situation, in short my other half has been and will be giving me approx £110 a month over 3 years to help clear debts, due to a higher level of income on my part the equation will balance out over the long term as I will be putting more money in.
The term Social equilibrium comes to mind:
In sociology, a system is said to be social equilibrium when there is a dynamic working balance among its interdependent parts (Davis & Newstrom, 1985). Each subsystem will adjust to any change in the other subsystems and will continue to do so until an equilibrium is retained.
Now you rent a property out to which if they stay 25 years they have actually paid for the property yet they still retain the property. So you take and give nothing back.
The term Parasitism comes to mind:
Parasitism is a type of symbiotic relationship between organisms of different species where one organism, the parasite, benefits at the expense of the host.
So yes you can argue if a BTL landlord is a parasite or not (fair enough), but it is clear that you are more parasitic than me however you look at it.
And the question you are avoiding, why this random attack on my financial circumstances on a thread which has no relation?Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

Absolutely. No matter how you look at it. From any angle. Any viewpoint. Irrefutable.
A bit of free loading off the potential in laws is just a bit of a laugh. The fact you get your Mrs to pay your debts off is just a good natured jape. I mean you're supplying the DVD's, so come on for Gods sake. And the question you are avoiding, why this random attack on my financial circumstances on a thread which has no relation?
Random? How strange.0 -
I give up, not because I am wrong and not because you are right, but becasue I am bored of you.
I am going to take the moral high ground as I know I am doing nothing wrong in life and have made the best decisions to benefit my future wife and myself. There is many good things I do for others in life and the more time I waste feeding said troll the less time to help others.
ps, Mr Bravo, if you decide to take any other threads off topic with random attacks on me or anybody else I will refer you to board etiquette above and report any further offenses to the relevent admins. I would like to think bulls, bears and anybody else reading can see that you are out of order, yes we all disagree and debate things but a sustained attack on a someones personal circumstances because you don't agree with there opinion on something else isn't acceptable.
In you attempt to try an expose me as something I am not you have just exposed yourself as something much worse, well done.
Sorry everybody I kept feeding the troll and he kept coming back.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

I know they say sharing your problems is the first step to solving them. Talking to yourself is still a sign of madness
I have to admit I really have no idea who you are. Originally I thought you were an attempt at producing a satirical uber bull. Now I don't know if you're the Dr Hyde-esque alter ego of a resident bull, or a recent and particularly unappealing specimen of the HPC-rejectus variety.Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. That is a incredibly naive summarising of events:- He is offering accomodation to someone who may not be able to buy
- He is offering accomodation to someone who may not wish to settle
- He is taking all the risk inherent in property value (admittedly not much)
- He is taking all the risk inherent in having that much debt
I pay a mobile phone contract. When I stop I cease receiving service. I do this because I don't have the finance (or inclination) to set up my own mobile network. I wouldn't consider my mobile provider a parasite simply because I choose to 'hire' a service rather than create my own.
The same is true of hire cars, hotels, suit hire etc
I think people letting property have done very well over the last few years. I think it is perfectly reasonable to make decisions to limit this in future. I don't think the people who let out property are to blame.Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. Blackwhite bellyfeel double plus good...0
