Just a quick post to say I finnally have UU a lip gloss :j. My first one on the challange only another 20 something to go... Putting it on every morning and carrying it with me is really working.
It was a clinique one but the name has worn off due to age and constantly being chucked into the bottom of my bag.
I am now off to London for a week and will try to be goodish in boots on Boxing Day although I am not promising....
Happy Christmas Ladies and wishing you lots of lovely (non toilerty) bargains in the sales xxNo buying toiletries Graduated May 2017Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j2018 3060 itemsSealed Pot Challenge No 0380 -
Morning ladies! Two UU's to report today - the tube of conditioner from the John Frieda Colour mousse - WIBA? Well on the basis that I have said I won't buy the colour again based on price, no, but it's a shame as the conditioner is lovely! Used it as a deep conditioner this morning and it has left my hair feeling lovely and soft and silky. Also UU'd a tub of S&G Scrub 'em & leave 'em - WIBA? Probably yes if on offer - I rarely buy body scrubs at full price to be honest, but this one isn't a bad price and did feel nice. Not as good as my favourite "Scrub of your life" though.
I may not make it back on here before tomorrow so to all of you lovely ladies have a wonderful, warm and fuzzy, pampering, "me-time filled" soothing and relaxing christmas, filled with good food, better company, and just the right presents!Merry Christmas & a happy New Year to you all!

Pampering has been non existent for me recently, it's taken all my energy to keep clean. I've had a very severe case of the flu, they suspect it's the dreaded swine flu. Today is the first day my temperature has been within normal limits so hopefully I'm on my way to recovery.
I had swine flu in February - the week I moved house! My dad and bro had to do the move while I was bedridden at mum's!
I know exactly how you're feeling and wish you a very speedy recovery. With your temp going down that's hopefully a sign things are improving. Watch out for the dodgy tum. I had to take imodium to cure that - it just wouldn't clear on its own.
Hoep you're well enough to enjoy the Christmas weekend0 -

It's all slid very much out of control again in the space of a week
Don't despair. At least you're aware of it. Makes it easier to pick yourself up once the spending is stopped.
I'm accepting that I'll succumb to Boots sale.:eek::cool: Then I shall rest assured that I will get on the wagon again in time for the JAnuary thread! And intend to stay on it thereafter! :A0 -

Well I am allowing myself the Boots 50% sale, the boots 75% sale and to spend my BodyShop gift voucher I know I'm getting for xmas. But apart from those I am only going to buy something if I need it, and that means if I have run out/am running out of something that I use and haven't got something else I can use in it's place, I'm sure I'll be going for months without an essential buy!*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
oh and it also means staying away from boosting because as much as it's nice to get the extra points I end up with stuff I don't want or will never use and wasting money, even if it is a few pound here and there
(I do love a good boost though)

Hugs to Rosemary - why not open a bolly today I say?!
Well no ins but today was strictly last fresh food bits so phew. Noticed my skin was getting dry so put on some L'Oreal plumping day cream. It felt better this morning. Think the central heating is drying my skin right out. I need a pamper too. My hair is incredibly dry and I never seem to have the time to let a treatment really soak in.
I know I have some toiletries for Christmas but it's all stuff I need. I did a list for OH which he took to Debenhams and managed to get the gift set which included some extras (I've trained him well!). So hopefully not too much will be added to the stash.
Our next challenge will be the sales when I used to buy lots of gifts for people. But now I buy people different stuff so if I bought a giftset it would be for me! I'm going to resist the Body Shop sale (so everyone please stop talking about it! only use coded language!). I prefer this body butter which is a large size too:

My Body Shop order arrived today was amazed at the delivery as only order Tuesday and Wednesday. As some of them were for presents I went to the BS on Wednesday and bought the same items so thatI could give them out for Christmas and when the BS goodes arrive take them back. Well now since the delivery came I am snowed under (literally! lol) with BS sets.
So guess where I am going on Monday and Tuesday? I hope the store will be ok as I find both my local stores are quite snooty.
Have just wrapped my presents and managed to use up quite a few toiletries, made a couple of little pamper packs which I hope will be appreciated. So hopefully my toiletries stock pile is diminshing!
I've had a look at the Boots sale but didn't buy anything (go me!) only because I couldn't get any codes to work. I'd thought I'd get some of the fragrance sets, its OH's birthday next week but decided againts it. I may revisit it again later.
Hope evryone has a lovely time and take care xxLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0
