Same thing has happened to me - the site is sayingI've already used the vouchers when I haven't. Hopefully they will still honour their 4x face value as we tried to exchange them before the deadline. I've emailed them saying as much.

The same thing just happened to me. What email address are you using?

Just the normal contact one. Would it be better to use a different one?
  • I used the contact form to email them to "prove" I was doing it tonight. I'll phone tomorrow as well but I'd imagine this is the busiest they'll ever have been.

I've just finished Tesco-ing for myself, my partner and my mum. I started about four and half hours ago.
  • Well, I kept on trying and the 'keep pressing refresh button' worked for my first transaction but, when processing the second, I entered all the codes and was told that the transaction had been unsuccessful. When entering the codes again (in common with several others on this thread), I was told that the codes had already been used and could not be used again............It's enough to drive you to drink.......

I've fired off another e-mail to Tescos.......
  • Keep trying it has taken me an hour, refreshing the page while also keeping an eye on this thread but I've finally got my vouchers exchanged. :T
  • As of approx. 10pm this evening, 05.Dec.10, the Tesco clubcard reward site stopped working.

Selecting:"clubcard" and "deals" from the main site returns the following error:-

    Server Error in '/clubcard/Deals' Application.

    Runtime Error

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, Geneva, SunSans-Regular, sans-serif]Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Nice way of Tesco stopping any last minute clubcard rewards exhange at the x4 rate. Sigh...

Livingstonep, read the above posts. If you keep trying, you can eventually select the rewards you want. "Paying" for them is another story though.
  • Same problem here. Keep getting an error. Very frustrating!

Anyone tried phoning them yet? I'm putting it off. Dreading it.

Surprise, surprise - been engaged for hours :D
  • Tesco foresaw the problem!

    So AKAMI is to blame!

TESCO USES AKAMAI TO ACHIEVE 90% OFFLOAD OF 120Mb/s TRAFFIC IN ITS CHRISTMAS 2010 ONLINE LOYALTY CARD CAMPAIGN
