virus software wont get off laptop

Options
logged my lapto pon the other day and it looked as though was booting up in safe mode (larger text and basic display), entered password as usual, then no desktop appeared, but a anti-virus screen that looked like a windows one (has the wavey window symbol on it) and it seemed to do a scan, and kept picking up several faults with system32 (i think) and saying it could only continue if i paid for the full version  I tried booting up in safe mode by hitting F8 but to no avail, any other ideas please?

I'm desperate! :o

Save then run FIXEXE http://download.bleepingcomputer.com...010/FixExe.reg You will see nothing, it's just fixed.

Download Malwarebytes UPDATE then run Quick Scan. Delete any malware detected

If no internet then you will need to download the file requested on another computer and then transfer them to the infected computer. You can transfer the files via a USB flash drive.
