  • Good morning everyone!

Checking to report that Wednesday was NSD number 17 for me - woo hoo!

Unfortunately, yesterday was a spend day with drinks after work - but on a psitive note, I spent less than expected.

Glad to hear that you're feeling better Spoony, and if I don't post on here beforehand ... Have a wonderful Christmas everyone and well done with all the NSDs! christmas_smiley.gif

Checking in with NSD #6 today, Dr Dragon is now off for Chrimble and we were thinking about the pub for lunch and then thought "nah ... let's just chill at home!"

So gearing up for getting my 2nd target!

:xmastree:....calling at real ale shop to get a bottle of beer for me..don't you mean Us?..to have tonight:D

Corss-ya can 3D but on the proviso of a wee dram of the dark stuff, if Spoonacles would be so kind to fire up the Tardis? Boult should be back from the Real Ale place by now, so who shall we pick up first to have a good old knees-up together? Nargle can make a pate from her kippers & Mr Jinty the ham sarnies, with CW bringing the [whoopsied of course!] profiteroles & cheese board when she leaves work. Chris could courier some crockery, If supply the innerds for the home-made crackers & I'll bring the loo roll tubes to stuff 'em into..how does that sound for an impromptu party :D

Oh-oh-oohh..we could make this a Conga Line seeing as it's a Friday Wiggle too! Peeps can post their contributions, favourite Crimbly song & a SIZE=1]relatively clean--remember the censors![/SIZE quick one-liner. Shall I start?
errmmmm....think my favourite song is "When Santa got Stuck Up the Chimney"; we had an old 78 that used to be brought out this time of year to herald the start of the celebrations when I was an ikkle biddy girl :p And my joke is: Q. What do you call a snowman with a sun-tan? A.>>>> A puddle! :rotfl:<<<<

Well folks, I must away to put the lamb in the oven. I find it is easier to carve when it's cold, making it go further for one thing, & meaning one less job taking up very precious work-top space tomorrow :o The flowers are safely locked in the car ready for the morning & The Offspring are collecting everything else from Nan's this afternoon so it's busy, busy, busy. I've got to no 14 which I think was my original target, but I'll have a go for my usual 17 please Spoon.

Here's to you all having the kind of day you are hoping for tomorrow..cheers! alc.gif

  • I managed a surprise nsd taking me to 6 yesterday. Went out for petrol, bread and milk today, everything done now. Going to cook the beef and turkey this evening that way my little oven can deal with the rest of the stuff tomorrow.

  • Merry Christmas Eve all, :xmassmile

Apologies for my absence of over a week my laptop charger decided to break and it took until now to get a replacement delivered! However, I have managed to reach my target of 15 NSDs :T Which is great and I feel incredibly pleased with myself! Obviously xmas day and boxing day will be another 2 NSDs and I shouldnt be spending any money until January now which will add a few more days onto Dec for me!

Well all ready for Christmas here in rural Lincolnshire, spent the last two days in snowy Newcastle with the OH's parents, having xmas eve in our own house. Spent most of today wrapping the last of the gifts, cleaning the house and eating far too many chocolates! Tomorrow we will be heading to my parents in Warwickshire for xmas day and boxing day so lots of free food :)

Hope everyone is having a very merry xmas eve!

    Christmas wishes

    Peaches xx
