How often do you get your eyebrows done?

Lol! not at all :) Usually i leave them about 2 weeks (by that time they kinda look as if they need doing) I don't have really thick eyebrows but they are dark.

The last time I had them done it was about a week 1/2 (since I was going to be away with work by the time the 2 weeks were up and I didn't want to be sat across the meeting table wondering if colin the caterpillar was about to wander off my face :rotfl:)

I have them threaded at one of those little stands that seem to have sprung up in lots of shopping centres - costs me £5 for the brows.

I did notice last time that since I hadn't left it quite so long, it was a little less painful - but on the whole it's not that bad - just like having lots plucked at once.

I'm happy to let you know how often I shave my legs too...but in this weather it can be less often than the brows :rotfl::rotfl: (poor OH :o)

wee bit of excitement on the MS front for me tonight - I have just paid my cc bill (the final debt I have to clear) and once this payment goes through my balance will be under £2k :j Still a way to go to zero I know but I feel that there is a light at the end of the tunnel at last.

Well done kerri, bit of a landmark, that :j:j:j:j

Quick pop in again for me tonight/this morning (!!!) to report NSD NUMBER 12 - I have had a slob around the house in PJ's and Dressing Gown today - watched TV while on laptop, had nibbles (all whoopies or coupon purchases) plus a drinky-poohs just to get in the spirit (the spirit was Spice Rum tonight)

Spend day tomorrow but NSD's expected for Saturday and Sunday ;);)

    Good morning everyone!

Up bright and early;) Actually, although I'm feeling better, I'm still a bit bunged up so, again, I'm up drinking tea!
Today we're off to see OH's son/my stepson and family. We have four grandkids, three boys ages 13, 12, and 4 and one princess aged 6, so you can imagine the hysteria that will be in their house today! It will be great to see them - just need to take my earplugs! We are going back throgh on Monday to spend a bit more time with them, so that will be good.

Yesterday I got the cake marzipanned and I made white chocolate and cranberry fudge. Today I'll ice the cake and decorate it.
We're going to my sister's tomorrow for dinner - I am in charge of puddings, cakes and sweet stuff,so the cake and fudge will be going there.
OH is cooking a gammon joint for us to have on Boxing Day, so he will boil it up today and bake it off with honey etc a la Gordon Ramsay;)

Well done Spoon on meeting your target - thanks for my prize. I'll raise my target to 20 please.

BMF - I love that banner! Thank you

Just in case I dont get a chance to post later -

I'd like to wish you all a
    HAPPY AND PEACEFUL CHRISTMAS,:xmastree:

and to thank you all for your friendship and support, it means a lot!:snow_grin

Have a lovely day everyone :xmassmile
