Oh Cheryl, I was so pleased reading that you'd found some pjs...only to see they are too big :( what a pain in the proverbial - you must be teeny tiny now, I'm usually a size 6-8 and even the 8-10 in PM are ok for me. I always have to go up a bit in pjs otherwise I find the bottoms shrink up and are too short.... honestly, I'm 5'5" and the trouble I have with pjs you'd think I was Long Tall Sally...the best pair I have are a pair of 8 - Long from MnS that my mum gave me cos they were too long for her.

I don't know what the prices are like but have you tried H&M? I also got some in Dotty P's a couple of years ago just after Xmas - reduced from £15 to £7, so might be worth waiting a week or two ....if you can without flashing too much at doglet

Moneypenny/CW/Jinty - what a load of gits there are out there! And I thought I had some rough times in my life.....Well done to CW and Jinty who have come through the bad times and are back in the light once more.

Thanks Nargle - it wasnt until he bu$$ered off with someone else after which I had about 18mths of counselling that I realised none of the abuse was my fault and that it was possible to live without someone mistreating you in any way!
Thankfully, I gradually learned to trust again. It can be done!

    So no 11 today.
Knee is a bit sore.Hey ho or should I say ho ho!

Poor you, Beanie, I'm a bit feart to go out too, it's very slippy still.
Hope the knee gets better soon;)

In case you're all wondering why I'm on here at an ungodly hour, OH got up at 2am to leave to drive down to London. He is picking up his workmate in Glasgow first then they will share the driving. He's back on Thurs, and then on holiday thanks goodness.
So, I am wide awake ATM, but I'm heading back to bed shortly. I'm one of those people, once I'm awake I find it really hard to get back to sleep.

Didnt spend a bean yesterday, so claiming #9 - one to go, but it wont be today as I need milk so small spends.

    Have a great day everyone:)

IF - I love todays cartoon, fabulous!

Well, I managed to get back to sleep for a few hours!
Just back from Mr A, put my blinkers on and igonored all Christmas offers etc and stuck to my list;) With OH being away, there's no point stocking up on tons of food, so small spend of £8.70. We will do our "Christmas" shop on Friday I think, although I'm trying v hard not to buy things that will get wasted.
Picked up my prescriptions - prepaid so no spend, and I was going to put money in my PO account but the queue was at least 3 miles long, so I've put it into my "other" purse instead.
Going to tackle my ironing now, then feet up and book this afternoon!

    Off to update sig:)

  • Afternoon all,

Another NSD for me today making my total 11 which I am incredibly pleased with!

Spent most of the morning wrapping christmas presents. Not happy that I have to go to B00t5 to return a gift as it is smashed on the one side I just hope they can replace it there and then, good job I noticed it before I wrapped it! Just a few left to wrap which I will do when I get back to home to Lincolnshire.

OH is joining me at my parents tonight and we will be going xmas shopping in good old Birmingham tomorrow so it won't be a NSD for me but hopefully it will be a LSD.

Hope everyone is having a good day.
