jinty - glad your neighbour saw sense and appreciated your trying to help them. Hope OH has a safe journey back to the big smoke tomorrow:)

Peaches - glad OH made it up to you today and took you and little Isobelle out, definitely nappy duty for a bit longer though;)

  • Good morning everyone!

Checking in to report that yesterday was NSD number 5 for me! :j

BDINI - sorry to hear about the antics of your step-dad; I hope your mother is OK.

Nicca - glad to hear that you're OK; as your mum and Spoon said, at least no one was hurt. If it makes you feel any better, between myself and OH, I've lost count of the number of lil prangs we've been involved in over the years ... OH now says that all the lil scratches n dents gives the car character!

Aargh what a week!!!! Been so :mad: that i couldn't even bring myself to post..... the reason for this??? My stepdad (well not legally as he never actually married my mum, but in every other way), has just come back off holiday & announced he has married a teenager in Africa!!!!!!:eek: (yeah, i know it sounds like a plotline from a bad soap)

OMG, BDINI, what a nightmare for you and Mum. You couldnt make it up could you? Well done for resisting retail therapy:T - just shows how far you've come on the "journey" sorry, I really dont like that term!:(

3Dogs - lovely to hear your Mum's in good spirits, a good laugh really is good medicine, have I heard that somewhere ?LOL

Cheryl - I'm like Beanie - totally speechless at your organisation. You need to write a book!

Keiss - no more snow for us, but we are still having problems getting out of the street, no gritters, that's over 8 days now!

    IF -love that cartoon!

Nicca - hard lines about your crash, glad everyone was ok, but it doesnt half give you a fright when that happens. Hope the car doesnt need a lot doing to it, what a scunner!

    Good morning everyone!
Yes, I'm up at silly o'clock again, dropping OH off at the airport bus. Looks like he will get away OK this morning, fingers crossed. This is the last week of this job, so he'll be home on Friday, then he only has two days to work next week then he's on hols till 7 Jan.
I'm back to work tomorrow, so I'm going to have a lazy day today as I dont need to do anything or go anywhere.:T Looking good for another NSD!

    have a great day everyone
