Ordered on Wednesday at 11.30pmish

Received an email at 4.55am today, also a text at the same time, to say order had been despatched using Royal Mail next day special delivery.It was delivered this morning.

Yep checked it out on the mobile & it is exactly the same as above so it is what was on the original offer

Still waiting to be accepted from 3 for credit check. Has been like this for a week now. Anyone else stuck on this stage?

You need to call them, I had the same problem. When I called they processed my order straight away, the guy told me that he didn't know why the order didn't go straight through.

Just checked on-line and my order has no been started again. All "crosses" when looking at E2Save web page. Hope they have got some phones left.

my one arrived yesterday even though their website had had it all set to stage 1 at 1am on the day it arrived.
just a word of warning- the box was a bit tattered and the seal on the phone had been opened and the screen protector was in the wrong place, so i do take issue with their ad stating new and not refurbished handset!

The paperwork is dated the 31st but all seems to indicate not double minutes to start with- any comments re this??

Just checked the paperwork, on the 'Your Offer Explained' it doesn't show the double minutes and texts but when I check my current usuage on the phone it shows the double minutes and texts.

The seal was broken on my box but the box did contain some additional 3 information which I assume was added. I'm certain that my phone was new as advertised, sounds like you have ended up with a 14 day return.
