Seems strange - Do you think its a cheeky ploy by E2save to get out of paying the quidco cashback as you have now completed part of the transaction by phone, call me cynical but it is E2Save after all!

Although I had to call the order was still a web order, Quidco tracked for both phones.
  • Has it been confirmed that cancelling the £7.99 insurance doesn't affect the cashback claim? Anyone know? Otherwise it's not a good deal at all!

Cancelling the insurance has no effect on this deal. The insurance can be cancelled as soon as the DD is set up.

ordered midnight wednesday - delivered by PO special delivery at 0830 today - not bad at all - only problem paperwork indicated only 11 months free and initial automatic cashback only £83 and not £118 as per original deal - called customer service and they are sending out cheque for extra £35 within the next 21 days - dont forget to check enclosed paperwork - tracked on quidco within a few hours as well - result

Ordered Wednesday received today. Same problem with paperwork, called Customer Service and they have amended it on my online account. Girl said she has had a few calls today with the same problem.

One another thing I thought it stated on the original offer 800xnet & 500 tes for the first 3 months and thereafter 400xnet & 250tes for the following 9 months  Customer services said to contact 3 and ask them  Anyone else clarify - Thanks
