    Ok I rang up as well, couldn't stand the wait of knowing nothing any longer.

    Lady said that as I hadn't paid for first class delivery, my order would be processed shortly and would be with me early next week... :j

    I ordered La Prairie and CDLM.

    same here,and even more worrying the money seems to now not to be showing as gone from my bank.

    thats what i just thought when i checked my bank account - i am wondering if they can only keep it for a few days when they hold it. as its not fully been taken has it? it may automatically go back after a few days.

    i am sure(but not 100%)that i have had money sort of pending for longer than this.

    i am very surprised at a company like Harrods treating its customers so shoddy. havent had any communication what so ever.
