Here goes, third time lucky! The money was pending withdrawal for a few days, this then stopped, hence why I called them, fearing it would mean the items were out of stock. However Nadia explained that the money will come out of my account when the item is dispatched to me.
She went on to say they would have emailed me if the items were out of stock.
I called Harrods on: 0208 479 5100
I ordered my items on 29/11/10 and only received the email to confirm my order and nothing more.
Call them and see how it goes. GOOD LUCK

thanks for the reply. i am only not ringing them due to the main item not being in stock hence the discounts on the other 2 items maybe being taken off.
about them emailing to tell you items are out of stoock - this is a blatent lie as it clearly says that one of my items are out of stock on my order details but they have not informed me and the total price is still the same.
dreadful company. they could have depatched your order and imogens by now - did they give a reason for the delay??

Glad you had the exact same information, I know sitting tight is stressing people out... honestly, call them and find out what you want to know!
My experience is that they are helpful.
If your items are out of stock, they appear to still honour the money off, as it is not your fault they are OOS. They are well aware of the gift 100 code, so should be able to help.

I will call and ask generally, if an item is OOS and part of the gift 100, does the reduction on the other items get honoured... will say I am only curious!!0 -
Boo hiss, just called them and asked, the guy I just spoke with said that if the items fall below the specified amount than the discount will be withdrawn :-(
He also went on to ask if I had placed an order, to which I said I had. He then told me that unless I was emailed the code from Harrods directly to my email account, than the gift100 code is unlikely to work for me, he went on to say that he cannot cancel my order himself, but that the systems were scanning the people that should be able to use the code and those who couldn't!
I now feel like a gambler!!!! let's see if I win or not!
If I get the items I will be chuffed to bits, but if not, I guess it is fair game!
Only glad some people were clever enough to use the 1st class delivery option, as he said that this cannot be applied to the order after it has been created!

I'm just going to wait and see, mine still says delivery created.
Last saturday I was in store and no way had they ran out of my order, which is cdlm, my order is near enough £300 on 2 creams! (£400 if I don't get the £100 off)
I have ordered 8 times in November online all of which took over 5 days to get here nearing the 10 day mark ( I had to get my Mum to the second green tier and all of these items were full price)....I'll just sit and be patient.....can't do anything with this snow0
