i must say i am a bit !!!!ed off actually ,as 1 of the bracelets my son gave me the money for.its his girlfriends 18th birthday present.he is going to be mightly miffed.:(

I must say that when I rang them they are very evasive, she also said that a representative would phone me: to date no phone call has been received.

They were also going to cancel my 1st order, I then received an email to say that they could not cancel and I could refuse my delivery.

I have today received my order that I tried to cancel, my order with the £100.00 code has now been charged to my credit card and the points are showing on my account I am hopeful that it will be dispatched sometime today.

I just spoke with a very helpful member of staff from Harrods, Nadia! She informed me that my order is fine and should be despatched next week. This has made my day! Good luck to everyone else. If in doubt speak with Nadia, she's great!:T

has your money been put back in your account? just wondering as imogenkate rang yesterday and they said the same thing and now both our money has been put back into our bank accounts.

ok,thats it.i have just gone on to their site,put all the items i bought into my basket and nothing showed up as not in stock.(i definately have too much time on my hands,lol)

i am now going to ring them.

i am going to harrods tomorrow (to see Santa). Whilst there, I'll have alook at the Ugg Kensingtons and let you all know if they're in stock or not. my order for therm was cancelled and I ended buying from amazon but I was mighty p'd off with Harrods about this.

I have tried twice to reply to your message and lost the reply twice (
Here goes, third time lucky! The money was pending withdrawal for a few days, this then stopped, hence why I called them, fearing it would mean the items were out of stock. However Nadia explained that the money will come out of my account when the item is dispatched to me.
She went on to say they would have emailed me if the items were out of stock.
I called Harrods on: 0208 479 5100
I ordered my items on 29/11/10 and only received the email to confirm my order and nothing more.
Call them and see how it goes. GOOD LUCK
